We are looking for a highly analytical, user-centric, and commercially driven eCRM Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. You will work with our existing eCRM Manager who will support you.
 
 
 
This role is central to how we acquire, nurture, and retain users across multiple brands and markets.
 
You will own the full lifecycle from first touch (e.g., Meta lead ads) through to database entry, segmentation, email/SMS journeys, and long-term value optimisation. You’ll ensure that every lead is correctly tracked, attributed, nurtured, and converted. You’ll work seamlessly with the media team to maximise lead quality and input. You will also maximise the value of lapsed databases to bring in revenue from additional revenue streams from third parties.

What you’ll be doing:
 
 
 
Lifecycle Strategy & Execution
 
Support and evolve the CRM strategy across Email, SMS, Web Push, Pop Ups and emerging channels.
Build and optimise multi-step, automated customer journeys for acquisition, re-engagement, and retention.
Own the full journey from paid acquisition (e.g., Meta / Google Ads) into database — ensuring leads are accurately tracked, scored, and nurtured.
Turn CRM KPIs into actionable plans that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
 
Content, Personalisation & Testing
 
Working with our UX team to build and test dynamic, personalised content within customer journeys.
Run A/B and multivariate tests across messaging, segmentation, send time, and UX.
Ensure landing pages, forms, and on-site components are optimised for CRM capture and conversion.
 
Segmentation, Data, and Database Health
 
Manage segmentation frameworks across multiple GEOs, brands, and audience types.
Ensure database quality is maintained with accurate tagging, clean data structures, and GDPR-compliant opt-ins.
Monitor how leads progress through various lifecycle stages, identifying value gaps and optimisation opportunities.
 
Performance & Reporting
 
Analyse channel and journey performance and share insights proactively with the wider team.
Report monthly on engagement, conversion, deliverability, retention, and user value.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve engagement rates, funnel conversion, and ROI.
Work to growth targets and budgets.
 
Collaboration & Delivery
 
Work closely with Paid Media, Content, Design, Data, and Development teams to align funnel strategy and execution.
Coordinate CRM requirements across different markets, ensuring consistent delivery while adapting to local needs.
Ensure all comms align with brand standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
 
The ideal candidate should:
 
 
 
3–5+ years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, or eCRM - iGaming affiliate experience working across multiple markets is a must.
Proven ability to build automated workflows and manage lifecycle programs end-to-end.
Strong understanding of how leads flow through funnels — including tracking, attribution, and value evaluation from Meta → landing page → opt-in → CRM journey → conversion.
Skilled in audience segmentation, personalisation, and behavioural targeting.
Hands-on experience with major CRM/marketing automation platforms.
Strong HTML knowledge for email template creation and optimisation.
Analytical mindset and comfortable interpreting large datasets, spotting patterns, and making data-backed decisions.
Excellent communicator with strong collaboration skills across Content, Design, Data, and Paid Media.
Solid understanding of GDPR, data compliance, and responsible marketing principles.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple brands, markets, and priorities.
 
 
Good to have
 
 
 
Experience with landing page optimisation or CRO workflows.
Background in designing reporting dashboards or working closely with Data teams.
Experience in lead generation techniques in igaming.
Exposure to mobile push and app-based lifecycle channels.
