Domain Operations Specialist (Junior) - job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Registering domain name registrar accounts according to defined instructions. -

Searching for and selecting domain registrars to diversify risks and expand opportunities for registering local domain names.
Registering accounts on domain name auction platforms.
Creating and managing email accounts (Gmail, ukr.net, with potential expansion of the list).
Checking corporate emails and communicating with the legal, technical, marketing, and finance departments regarding incoming requests.
Communicating with registrar support services about received inquiries (via email or phone).
Monitoring domain name statuses by reviewing emails received from domain registrars.
Participating in the process of registering and renewing existing domains, accounting for and configuring domain names (including creating simple tasks for the technical team).
Supporting the team with operational tasks.
Contributing to global team initiatives and process automation.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
English — Intermediate (sufficient for written communication).
Experience working with large data sets in Excel and Google Sheets.
A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proactive and result-oriented mindset.
Flexibility, readiness for multitasking, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and ability to organize data effectively.
Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with strong business acumen.
Passion for learning new things and improving processes.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders, clearly presenting data to decision-makers.
