Conduct competitive research in digital marketing;
Participate in planning and development of digital brand awareness campaigns, focusing on video and display formats on high-visibility placements;
Collaborate closely with design, content, analytics, and development teams to implement campaigns effectively;
Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns through tracking platforms (Voluum, Campaign Manager 360) and media platforms (Display & Video 360, Snapchat Ads, X Ads etc.), including direct placements with partners;
Analyze campaign performance and audience behaviour using Voluum, Tableau, and Campaign Manager 360, providing actionable insights for optimization;
Search for, test, and evaluate new placements, formats, and inventory sources to maximize brand reach and efficiency;
Take ownership of specific campaigns or placements, managing them end-to-end: suggesting optimizations, resolving issues, and reporting results;
Prepare regular reporting on campaign performance, placement efficiency, and ad-hoc analytics as required;
Maintain ongoing written and verbal communication with external partners and internal stakeholders.
Experience you’ll need to bring:
1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, User Acquisition, or Digital Media Planning within a product company or advertising agency;
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals: media buying principles, placement selection, audience targeting, and campaign performance evaluation (CPM, CPC, CPV, CTR, VTR, reach/frequency, and conversion metrics);
Hands-on experience with at least one major advertising platform (DV360 / Google Ads / Meta Ads / Snapchat Ads / X Ads etc) for brand awareness and performance campaigns;
Experience in digital media planning, budgeting, channel selection, and inventory forecasting;
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and user behaviour data to optimize outcomes;
Intermediate - Upper-Intermediate English level (written and spoken).
