Perfect for those who aim to: Lead and mentor the design team, ensuring high-quality creative output and professional growth; Create designs, illustrations, layouts, infographics, recruitment presentations, employee handbooks, and other printed and digital assets aligning with the employer brand identity and messaging; Develop and execute design concepts across various communication channels, such as print materials, merchandise, digital assets, social media, and events; Create engaging motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising campaigns; Drive the creation and evolution of new brand identity, guidelines, and design systems to ensure consistency across all touchpoints; Integrate AI-powered design tools and workflows into corporate design processes to improve efficiency, innovation, and scalability; Produce visuals and layouts based on creative visions and concepts, managing projects from idea to final execution within deadlines; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic initiatives into impactful visual storytelling; Research and apply emerging trends in design, motion, branding, and technology to keep the employer brand fresh and relevant; Participate in brainstorming sessions, provide design expertise, and contribute creative ideas and solutions.

Experience you'll need to bring:
6+ years of professional experience in graphic and visual design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions across digital and print;
 
Proven experience in leading or mentoring design teams, with the ability to guide, inspire, and maintain high-quality creative output;
 
Proficiency in creating various visual communication materials: graphics, social media designs, advertising, presentations, print production, merchandise, and motion;
 
Ability to transform complex ideas into visually appealing designs aligned with strategic goals and brand guidelines;
 
Excellent knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects; proficiency in AI-powered design tools and their integration into corporate design workflows;
 
Strong motion design skills, with experience producing engaging animations for social media, advertising, and digital platforms;
 
Up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding, digital, and motion design;
 
Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
 
Relevant education or training in Graphic Design.
