Work with customer requests via chats and ticketing systems, ensuring timely and accurate responses;
Assist customers with issues they face, analyze problems, and provide effective solutions;
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and thoroughly research each case to deliver the best possible outcome;
Collaborate closely with colleagues and internal teams to improve customer service processes and overall customer experience;

Experience you'll need to bring:
Previous experience in Customer Support / Customer Service or a similar role;
Experience working with chat-based support systems and ticketing tools;
English proficiency at B2 level or higher (both written and spoken);
Experience handling customer requests via calls will be a strong advantage.
