Customer Support Representative (Freelance) job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Respond to incoming customer chats, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally. Address customer complaints, provide effective solutions via emails, chats and phone, and manage case follow-ups. Handle payment-related issues, including validating the refunds, resolving payment issues, and verifying user accounts. Manage users' subscriptions and provide up-to-date information about their status. Manage tasks within the internal system to maintain organized and efficient workflows.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Has a strong command of English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher) to communicate effectively with our clients across chats, calls, and emails.
Is a natural problem solver, ready to listen, understand, and resolve client issues with a positive attitude.
Is empathetic and personable, making clients feel valued and heard.
