CRM Specialist - Are you ready to take on the challenge of driving engagement and retention for one of the biggest digital sports media companies in the world? Better Collective is looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to lead and optimise push, in-app, and email marketing campaigns across our esports brands, HLTV and FUTBIN. You will play a key role in shaping the way we connect with millions of esports fans worldwide through personalised and data-driven communication.

The Role
We have an immediate opening for a CRM-savvy, analytical, and creative marketer to take full ownership of our esports brands’ lifecycle marketing efforts. In this role, you will design, execute, and optimise CRM campaigns and flows that drive engagement, retention, and conversions across multiple channels — including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
 
You will collaborate closely with the rest of the esport teams to ensure consistent brand voice and performance-driven communication and campaigns. Working from our Nis office, you will be a key member of the Esports Marketing Team, helping us deliver tailored and impactful messages to a global community of esports enthusiasts.
 
Key responsibilities
Plan, build, and manage push, in-app, and email marketing journeys and campaigns for our esports brands.
 
Develop automated customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns to drive engagement, reactivation, and prevent users from churning.
 
Segment and analyse audiences to ensure relevant and personalised messaging.
 
Continuously test, track, and optimise campaign performance (A/B testing, deliverability, CTR, conversions).
 
Work with our analytics and data teams to improve targeting, automation, and measurement of key CRM KPIs.
 
Contribute to the overall marketing strategy with insights and recommendations on CRM performance.
 
Our ideal candidate
Has proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing, ideally in digital media, gaming, or entertainment industry.
 
Strong understanding of push, in-app, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, OneSignal, MailChimp, HubSpot, or similar).
 
Analytical mindset — comfortable working with data to inform decisions and identify opportunities.
 
Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of running multiple campaigns without compromising quality.
 
Proactive and innovative, always exploring new ideas and ways to engage users.
 
Familiar with marketing automation, audience segmentation, and dynamic content.
 
Experience & Skills
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing.
 
Proven track record of managing and optimising multi-channel CRM campaigns.
 
Experience with A/B testing, customer journey automation, and audience segmentation.
 
Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer or similar).
 
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
 
Knowledge of esports, gaming, or iGaming industries is a strong plus.
