Lead the execution of a Casino-first CRM strategy across LatAm markets, focused on increasing Player Lifetime Value (LTV) and reducing churn;
Design, launch, and optimize end-to-end lifecycle campaigns (Welcome, Retention, Reactivation, VIP, Churn Prevention) with a strong focus on Casino growth;
Plan and execute high-impact promotional campaigns such as Free Spins, Reloads, Missions, Tournaments, Cashback, and provider launches;
Support Sportsbook CRM initiatives including Freebets, Odds Boosts, Challenges, and event-driven campaigns around major football leagues and international tournaments;
Build and refine advanced player segmentation based on casino preferences (game type, volatility, bet level), sportsbook interests (teams, leagues, odds appetite), and lifecycle stage;
Develop and maintain automated CRM journeys for both Casino and Sportsbook verticals, ensuring continuous optimization for retention and long-term value;
Conduct A/B testing across bonus mechanics, wagering requirements, messaging, and timing to improve engagement and bonus cost efficiency;
Monitor key performance metrics (Retention, ARPU, Reactivation, Bonus Cost, Bet Frequency) and deliver clear, data-driven insights and recommendations;
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, BI, VIP, CS, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure CRM activities align with product launches, gamified features, and regional trends;
Contribute to Spanish-language communications tailored to LatAm audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and strong player engagement.
Experience you’ll need to bring:
2+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Retention Marketing within iGaming (Casino experience is mandatory; Sportsbook is a strong advantage);
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, automation tools, bonus engines, and segmentation logic;
Strong understanding of Casino KPIs (Retention, ARPU, Reactivation Rate, Bonus Cost, Wagering Behavior) and basic Sportsbook metrics;
Experience running A/B tests and interpreting campaign performance data to drive optimization decisions;
Upper-Intermediate+ English (required);
Spanish proficiency (highly appreciated for LatAm content review and cultural alignment).
