Site Content Manager LATAM (m/f/x) Description About bwise Media bwise Media is an international digital media agency, specializing in the monetization of sports websites and apps while managing advertising sales for sports betting operators. Our partners include some of the biggest and most popular sports portals globally. We are looking for a dynamic Site Content Manager for LATAM who will be responsible for overseeing the content strategy and development for our websites aimed at Latin American markets. In this role, you will ensure that our content is engaging, relevant, and optimized for both user experience and search engines. Your mission will be to enhance our online presence and connect with our target audience effectively.

Position Overview:
Reporting to our CRM Lifecycle Team Manager, you'll plan, build, and optimise multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that drive conversion, reduce churn, and bring players back for more. You’ll collaborate with analysts, creatives, and content folks to deliver automated, engaging, and spot-on communications across our verticals - including Casino, Live Casino and Sportsbook.
 
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
Bring campaigns to life: Build, schedule, and QA automated journeys and communications across channels with pixel-perfect execution.
 
Get personal: Implement segmentation and targeting strategies to make messages feel one-on-one, not one-size-fits-all.
 
Automate the magic: Create scalable, data-driven journeys using CRM automation tools to guide players through their lifecycle.
 
Measure what matters: Monitor campaign performance, share insights, and suggest improvements to level up the impact.
 
Team up: Partner with production, design, and content teams to ensure creative assets and messaging are aligned and on-brand.
 
Test, learn, repeat: Run A/B tests and experiment regularly to discover what resonates best with our players.
 
Stay compliant: Make sure all campaigns tick the boxes for regulatory standards and internal QA guidelines.
 
 
 
 
Requirements:
 
Proven CRM experience in a similar role, within iGaming or a comparable digital industry.
 
Prior hands-on experience building and optimising automated lifecycle communications.
 
Solid understanding of segmentation and targeting methodologies to drive personalised engagement across customer lifecycle cohorts.
 
Demonstrated ability to interpret performance KPIs, translating insights into actionable campaign improvements.
 
Working knowledge of A/B testing techniques to support data-driven decision-making.
 
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, analytics, and product teams in a fast-paced environment.
 
Strong attention to detail with a track record of owning QA and ensuring flawless campaign delivery.
 
A collaborative mindset coupled with excellent communication skills.
