Perfect for those who aim to: Own and manage the gamification roadmap across casino and sportsbook products; Design and launch quests, challenges, tournaments, races, leaderboards, achievement systems, and loyalty mechanics; Create segmentation strategies to deliver personalized gamification experiences; Define rewards, progression systems, and bonus structures aligned with business objectives; Analyze performance of gamification features and continuously optimize based on data; Work closely with CRM, Product, VIP, BI, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution; Develop A/B testing plans for rewards, mechanics, and player journeys.

Experience you’ll need to bring:
2+ years of experience in CRM, Gamification, Retention, Product Marketing, or a similar role within iGaming;
 
Strong understanding of player lifecycle, retention mechanics, and bonus systems;
 
Experience working with segmentation and player data;
 
Experience designing promotions, missions, tournaments, or loyalty programs;
 
Comfortable working with BI tools, spreadsheets, and reporting.
