Planning, managing, and operating all campaigns and promotions. Also, communicate internally and externally with the relevant teams.
Manage and operate all CRM channels (LINE/Newsletter/X/Membership)
Create and update content for campaigns and promotions
Analyze CRM-related data and come up with suggestions for improvement and enhancement.
Assist other tasks related to website content production
We are seeking a Japanese-speaking candidate to work as a new CRM content producer and assistant. This position will involve working on one of the most important websites operated by Raketech. You will work with the CRM Lead to support CRM-related tasks and SEO content creation. Native Japanese speaker
Working proficiency in English both verbal and written
