Plan and launch promo campaigns regularly;
 
Set up and customize campaigns using different communication channels (Email, SMS, Popups, WebPush, AppPush);
 
Analyze results and optimize effectiveness;
 
Coordinate work with cross-functional teams (content, design, analytics);
 
Participate in creating a promo calendar and testing new hypotheses;
 
Ensure flawless launches and implement own ideas.
 
Experience you’ll need to bring:
1.5+ years of experience as a CRM Manager in the iGaming field (Casino or Sports);
 
Deep understanding of casino specifics: user behavior, game mechanics, bonuses, types of games;
 
Knowledge of key metrics (GGR, NGR, Turnover, ATPU, etc.);
 
Experience with different communication channels (Email, SMS, Push, Popups);
 
Conversational English (Intermediate) for participation in team meetings;
 
Ability to work with HTML (editing email templates).
