Have English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate or higher. Are comfortable working with 18+ content. Have screenwriting experience (TV, film/series scripts, comics, or webtoons). Understand story structure, conflict, character archetypes, and the three-act structure. Soft skills that will help you succeed: Effective time management — the ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality and to plan writing and editing processes rationally. Team collaboration in a creative environment — the ability to co-create, develop colleagues’ ideas, and contribute to a strong joint product rather than only an individual project.
