Creative Marketing Specialist job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Creating video and static creative content for performance marketing ads on Facebook. Setting briefs and overseeing creative production, balancing quality and speed. Finding and implementing tools and methods to optimize creative processes (including creative production). Tracking and analyzing competitors’ creatives. Identifying and creating creatives based on trends. Independently monitoring and analyzing the performance of your marketing campaigns, optimizing and scaling them. Actively participating in Brainstorm, Retro, and other activities aimed at improving creative quality.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
2+ years of experience working with video and static creatives.
Excellent knowledge of key marketing metrics.
Experience collaborating with designers: setting clear briefs, providing feedback, and making revisions.
Experience with market analysis tools for websites or mobile apps (e.g., AppMagic, Data.ai, Adheart, SensorTower, etc.).
English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
