Creative Marketing Producer -WHAT YOU’LL DO: Cyclical production of high-performing video creatives. Analyzing creatives based on key metrics: Spend, CPA, ROAS 0d. Developing hypotheses for new concepts and iterations based on data insights. Hiring video editors and motion designers. Communicating with designers, setting technical tasks, overseeing execution, and approving final work. Analyzing competitors’ creatives using spy tools. Adapting creatives to various platforms, formats, traffic sources, policies, and localizations. Increasing the moderation pass rate of creatives across different traffic sources. Independently launching creatives in ad accounts to understand moderation processes and determine which concepts generate spend—and why others do not.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
 
2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytical tools and spy services.
Data-driven decision-making.
Knowledge of core marketing metrics (Spend, CPA, ROAS 0d).
Basic understanding of ad account operations.
Familiarity with moderation policies and processes across various traffic sources.
