Creative Marketing Manager - WHAT YOU’LL DO: Experience working with creatives in a product IT business or in performance marketing — Must. Understanding of the digital marketing funnel and principles of working with creatives for various channels (Meta, Google, etc.). Skills in conducting and analyzing competitive research (Meta Ads Library, Ad Heart, TikTok Creative Center, etc.).
Ability to form hypotheses and brief designers/copywriters.
Basic proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Excel/Sheets).
Ability to present ideas and justify creative decisions.
