Creative Editing Writer

Providing writers with clear, practical, and motivating feedback to improve story quality and narrative pacing. Managing writers’ rooms, coordinating team workflows, and supporting the development of new high-performing stories. Collaborating with marketing and writing teams through regular calls to align strategy, priorities, and creative ideas.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Excellent scriptwriting skills.

Strong experience in script editing (script doctoring) and a deep understanding of dramaturgy.

Experience managing writers’ rooms and coordinating creative teams.

Nice to have:

Confident knowledge of scene blocking and storyboarding.

Soft skills that will help you succeed:

Time management and responsibility — the ability to plan work effectively, meet deadlines, and take ownership of each stage of the writing process.
