From deep market research and business strategy to performance-driven digital campaigns and bold creatives, the team manages the entire marketing lifecycle to help clients stay ahead in one of the world’s most competitive industries. Perfect for those who aim to: Create big ideas for 360° marketing campaigns and ensure their scalability and ability to be converted into non-standard activities across different channels (BTL, PR, SoMe, etc.); Convert ideas into powerful, clear and catchy short-form core messages: slogans, CTAs, etc.; Create ideas and scripts for all types of video content (TVC, Reels for SoMe, promo digital videos, how-to videos, etc.); Develop storyboards with time codes and AI-generated visuals to support video concepts and brief motion designers or directors; Create names, develop tone-of-voice and content style guides for new brands and products; Fine-tune texts provided by other copywriters to make them short, catchy, and straight to the point; Cooperate closely with the design team to develop creative concepts for key visuals, including team briefings and brainstorming sessions.

Experience you’ll need to bring:
5+ years of experience in relevant roles as an individual contributor (creative copywriter, content creator);
 
Strong, well-developed portfolio demonstrating impactful work;
 
Solid understanding of the full TVC production cycle — from concept development and ideation to production and final video quality control;
 
Advanced level of English proficiency;
 
Ability to review and process content in languages other than English;
 
Hands-on experience with task management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.);
 
Understanding of project management processes;
Background in or solid understanding of the betting/gambling industry.
