You will be a high-energy, disciplined individual running all aspects of our businessas an entrepreneur with support from our headquarters and managementboard. You will be responsible for a wide range of activities including building the strategy, capabilities and executing these across both direct as well in-direct channel partners.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing all operations in London – involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets
Acquire high-calibre talents, establish a solid and robust local team
Develop, articulate and execute online marketing strategies and campaigns, build and maintain relationships with strategic agencies, advertisers and other partners
Create customised, solution-oriented presentations and product demonstrations
Coordinate with all internal stakeholders to meet and exceed growth targets
Develop pipeline of qualified new business opportunities
Work closely with marketing team to plan, carryout and support local marketing activities
Build the team by acting as a strong leader and motivator and actively managing team performance
Provide executive assistance where necessary to help in the closure of deals
Qualifications:
MBA with a specialization in Management program
Currently holding the position of a Country Manager/Director or equivalent
Well proven expertise with 12-15 years' experience
Other requirements:
Demonstrated experience in developing strategy, business plans, account plans and execution in a high growth environment; Track record of exceeding targets consistently with accurate forecasting achieved through systematic pipeline management; Excellent communication, interpersonal, team building skills, people management, problem-solving and collaboration skills; Self-motivated with strong leadership skill and can work under pressure and independently
