About the job
We are looking for an ambitious Content Lead with a strong background in casino content writing within the iGaming industry and proven team management skills. This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of a small casino product within a larger sportsbook environment — managing its content strategy, driving its growth, and eventually building and leading a team around it. It’s the ideal next step for someone with relevant experience who is ready to take on a broader leadership challenge.
What you will be doing
Own and grow the casino product: Define and execute a content and growth strategy that aligns with business goals and market opportunities.
Lead and develop a team: Recruit, coach, and manage writers and content specialists as the product scales.
Deliver a top-tier content strategy: Work with the Content Team Manager and Strategist to create high-quality, compliant, and SEO-driven content that meets user intent.
Conduct research & monitor performance: Use keyword and market insights to guide content; track traffic, engagement, and conversions, optimizing as needed.
Ensure quality and compliance: Review and approve content, staying up to date with regulations and industry requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with design, development, SEO, and affiliate teams to ensure smooth processes and effective campaigns.
Mentor and improve team skills: Provide ongoing feedback, support, and skill development opportunities for your team.
What would make you a great fit?
Native German speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication.
Proven iGaming and casino content writing experience; familiarity with sportsbook environments is a plus.
Background in team leadership (recruitment, coaching, and performance management).
Strong grasp of SEO, compliance, and content marketing trends.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to take initiative, own projects, and grow a product from the ground up.
