About the Role
Dilanti Media is seeking an experienced and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our team. We leverage technology to drive productivity and success across our Tech and SEO teams. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing new features for our internal core platforms, managing our extensive WordPress collection, and creating data visualisation tools that will empower our teams to excel in their work.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain features for our internal core platforms
Collaborate with other teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and implement new features
Develop data visualisation tools to assist in decision-making and increase overall productivity
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, optimising code for performance and scalability
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our platforms remain cutting-edge
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience as a Full Stack developer, with a strong focus on Laravel
Demonstrable experience with REST APIs and a solid understanding of backend integration
Proficiency in PHP and JavaScript (ES6+)
Strong understanding of data visualisation tools and libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js)
Experience with source control (GitHub/git)
Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience working with WordPress, including theme and plugin development is a plus
Fluent in English as this is our primary work language
Relocation – Location – Remuneration
We offer relocation support to Malta such as flights and extra luggage. You are an EU-citizen with all work permits ready. We support finding first temporary accommodation. You will work on-site in our nice office in Soho, Gzira, Malta alongside our Head of Development. After initial 6 months, a hybrid option is available, working from home in Malta some days in the week.
