The role We are seeking an experienced Italian Content Manager to take ownership of the content strategy and execution for a portfolio of affiliate websites in the online casino and sports betting industry. This role combines editorial expertise, SEO knowledge, and strong project management skills to ensure our websites deliver engaging, compliant, and high-performing content.

What you will be doing
Overseeing the content strategy, production, and performance for several affiliate websites targeting the Italian market.
Managing and coordinating freelance writers, providing briefs, feedback, and quality assurance to maintain consistency across sites.
Writing, editing, and proofreading content to ensure it meets high editorial standards and aligns with business objectives.
Conducting research on casino games, sports betting, bonuses, responsible gambling, and industry trends to inform content planning.
Implementing SEO best practices through keyword research, optimization, and content structure to maximize organic visibility.
Monitoring website performance and content KPIs, suggesting improvements based on data and trends.
Ensuring all content complies with local legal, regulatory, and responsible gambling requirements.
Collaborating with commercial, design, product, and SEO teams to drive growth and engagement across our websites.
Who we are looking for
Proven experience as a Content Manager, ideally within iGaming, affiliate marketing, or digital publishing.
Strong expertise in sports betting and online casino.
Bilingual in Italian and English
Solid understanding of SEO and content performance metrics.
Demonstrated experience managing freelance writers and content workflows.
Familiarity with AI-driven content tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance and make data-driven improvements.
A proactive, motivated team player with excellent organizational and communication skills.
