Compliance Officer We expect: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field Excellent English language skills, Russian is desirable 3-5 years in compliance or regulatory roles in iGaming industry, preferably in the EU AML certification desirable Strong analytical and communication skills Detail-oriented and meticulous Proficient in data analysis and report generation

What
to do:
Review regulatory requirements and break down complex compliance requirements into practical advice regarding Safer Gambling , Complaints, and AML compliance procedures for Curacao and Anjouan B2C operations
Proactively analyse and research current and new compliance requirements for current and new licenses
Oversee the quality control process and ensure adherence to Safer Gambling and AML procedures
Manage escalations/case discussion queries, ensuring prompt resolution via legal department
Support Customer Service and Anti-Fraud Team with any AML/CFT related queries and due diligence requests regarding players and regulatory requests for information
Generate reports on various compliance-related topics, in order to analyze the impact and share results with the legal team
Create manuals on regulatory compliance for Customer Service, Anti-Fraud and Product Teams
Maintenance of controlled audit trails on compliance reviews, approvals, and similar
