We are looking for a proactive and creative Community Manager to oversee and grow the online presence of Team Canada across all social platforms, including YouTube and Discord.
 
 
 
This role will collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies, create engaging content, and build a loyal community of followers and advocates.
 
 
 
What you’ll be doing:
 
 
 
Manage and maintain all social media channels for Our English speaking markets, including but not limited to Telegram, YouTube, Discord, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
 
Develop and maintain content calendars for each social media channel, ensuring timely and consistent posting aligned with brand voice and strategy.
 
Create content templates for different social media platforms such as Telegram, Instagram, and Discord that can be used in our non english speaking markets
 
Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to align and optimize messaging, campaigns, and creative assets.
 
Research and identify relevant influencers, brands, and content creators, and develop strategies to engage them in promoting our english casino affiliate websites and brands.
 
Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, followers, and conversions.
 
Collaborate closely with the Game Lounge video team to develop and implement strategies that drive conversions and engagement on video content.
 
Monitor community sentiment and engage with audiences on all platforms to foster a positive, active, and engaged community.
 
Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our social presence remains relevant and effective.
 
Track, analyze, and report on key social media KPIs and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
 
The ideal candidate should have:
 
 
 
Demonstrated ability to grow and engage online communities through hands-on management of social media channels, ideally within the iGaming sector.
 
 
Hands-on experience developing and executing platform-specific strategies tailored to the iGaming audience across key social networks.
 
 
In-depth understanding of evolving social media trends, content best practices, and platform algorithms, with a keen eye for engaging formats.
 
 
Experience working with influencers and/or running influencer campaigns.
 
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
 
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
 
Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content and community-building opportunities.
