Case filer job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Reviewing documents submitted by clients for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with specific U.S. state requirements. Formatting and preparing final document packages for submission to courts (electronically or via partner postal services). Tracking the status of submitted documents in the internal system (CRM). Providing clients with brief instructions or clarifications (via email or chat, without legal consultation). Working with the internal Knowledge Base and continuously updating knowledge of procedures across different states.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Strong proficiency in English (B2 level or higher, both written and spoken).
High attention to detail, responsibility, and patience.
Basic document-handling skills and analytical thinking.
Experience in customer support or client services is a plus.
Participation in Work & Travel programs, international studies, or internships abroad is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and work with a large volume of materials (Knowledge Base, templates, procedures).
