Drive outbound outreach to operators and partners to open new revenue conversations
Manage early-stage pipeline: qualification, follow-ups, meeting coordination, and tracking
Support proposal creation, SOW drafting, and pricing prep
Build and maintain CRM hygiene across opportunities, contacts, and status updates
Research market trends, competitor activity, and new vertical opportunities
Assist CRO/leadership with prep for calls, pitches, and conferences
Coordinate with product, research, and activation teams to gather materials and case studies
Own follow-up communications after demos, pilots, and RFP submissions
Help maintain internal sales dashboards, trackers, and templates
Identify upsell opportunities within existing client accounts
Draft concise BD emails, LinkedIn outreach, and messaging scripts
Support event planning (conferences, dinners, activations) with logistics and client follow-up
Work cross-functionally to keep projects moving from pitch to kickoff
Comfortable with fast turnaround, ambiguity, and multitasking
Strong writing, organization, and communication skills required
