In the role of Business Development Representative, you will support business development activities by:
Identifying and generating new sales opportunities in target markets and verticals through market research, competitor analysis, attendance to industry events, and networking conferences.
Creating partnerships with vendors and influencing key decision makers.
Achieving or exceeding personal sales targets to contribute to the achievement of the Company's growth objectives.
Demonstrating thought leadership and quickly find solutions to customer challenges.
Working closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure new leads are properly configured and contracts are executed in a timely manner.
Keep sales leads and opportunity progress updated on a daily and weekly basis.
Actively build product knowledge to ensure a high level of literacy on the software’s new functionality
Regularly engaging with the Product owners to ensure that our products are optimized for the target markets and verticals of interest.

Use data to improve the quality of strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
One (1) to Two (2) years’ experience in account management, sales, operations, preferably in the online gaming industry, e-commerce industries.
Minimally a college degree in business administration or a related field.
High level of proficiency with Salesforce, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Experience working with budgets and sales targets.
Proven ability to generate new sales leads and convert to closed deals.
Excellent listening, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Great networking and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and demonstrated ability to drive insights into actionable recommendations.
Experience working in Customer Support and/or Sales with a passion for growth and operations - always thinking about how to make improvements and generate new growth. You see a problem, have a bias for action, and have the confidence to go out and solve that problem independently.
Practical and global mindset.
Strong work ethic with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive and fun environment.
Knowledge and experience with digital assets is an asset.
Knowledge of affiliate marketing is considered an asset.
Experience with the iGaming regulatory environment is considered an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English with strong editing and verification skills.
Working knowledge of one or more of the following languages is considered an asset: Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French.
