Requirements
✅ What We’re Looking For?
 
2–5 years of experience in online performance marketing and/or ad-tech – must have.
Fluent English (spoken and written) – must have.
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to shift from detail to big-picture thinking – must have.
Willingness to travel internationally for conferences – must have.
Excellent analytical and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel – must have.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment – must have.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and account management skills.
Experience managing large customer portfolios.
Globally minded and adaptable to different time zones.
Advantages: Experience in affiliate networks, leading projects/processes, working with C-level executives, data visualization tools (Tableau), and a relevant academic degree.

Research, identify, and develop new business opportunities.
Manage and grow a high-value partner portfolio.
Oversee day-to-day relationships, covering commercial, financial, and marketing aspects.
Negotiate commercial terms using data-driven insights.
Expand opportunities within existing partnerships and identify new revenue streams.
Coordinate internally to ensure partner requirements are met.
Conduct hands-on performance analysis and implement improvements.
