Business Development Manager

You will work with the internal team and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for Wynta by finding potential new customers, presenting to them, converting them into clients and continuing to grow business in the future. You will also help manage existing clients and maintain great relations.
Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to increase in sales
Prospect and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
Work with team to develop proposals that cover client objectives and concerns
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels
Research and build relationships with new and existing clients
Set up meetings between client decision-makers and company management
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate
Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets
Qualifications:
Masters' degree or equivalent by experience
Well proven expertise with 5-10 years' experience
