Business Analyst job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Support Product Owners with providing the development team with detailed requirements. Collaborate with business representatives & other stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with members of the development team and stakeholders. Proactively suggest improvements to the platform and development/testing processes. Creating internal business analysis processes, implementing best practices.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Ability to estimate work scope, plan time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
Experience working with business requirements and building business processes.
Strong skills in creating documentation (WBS, user stories, DoD).
Experience working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc).
Ability to translate business needs into technical tasks and control their implementation.
Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban).
Will be a plus:
Work experience in the iGaming area.
Experience working with SEO.
Personal qualities:
Great communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously.

Proactivity.
Flexibility.
