Creative Marketing Manager | Traffic7 We are currently looking for a Creative Marketing Manager for one of our businesses, Traffic7, who will drive the development and optimization of high-performing creatives for digital marketing campaigns. Traffic7 is a project that creates and develops digital products and scales them through strong expertise in performance marketing. Remote Full-Time | Marketing Apply job description As a Creative Marketing Manager, you will work with the team to: Generating and testing creative ideas for digital campaigns. Conducting competitor research and analyzing trends in ad creatives. Develop hypotheses and briefs for designers. Using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others) to optimize and automate creative workflows. Evaluating creative performance against marketing metrics. Optimizing and scaling successful creative solutions. Collaborating with the product, marketing, and design teams.
You’re a great fit if you:
Experience working with creatives in a product IT business or in performance marketing (Must).
Understanding of the digital marketing funnel and of how creatives work across different channels (Meta, Google, etc.).
Ability to conduct and analyze competitor research (Meta Ads Library, Ad Heart, TikTok Creative Center, etc.).
Ability to form hypotheses and set tasks for designers/copywriters.
Basic command of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Excel/Sheets).
Ability to present ideas and justify creative decisions.
