Billing Operations Specialist We’re looking for a detail-driven professional to protect revenue, manage payment risks, and ensure smooth billing operations. In this role, you’ll handle fraud alerts, chargebacks, refunds, and billing tasks in CRM while verifying suspicious customers and monitoring operational KPIs. You’ll work closely with payment systems, address prevention alerts (including RDR), and continuously improve internal processes and knowledge base documentation. Remote Full-time | Operations Apply job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Processing fraud alerts from payment providers. Managing new chargebacks in payment systems and creating tasks in the CRM. Addressing Solidgate prevention alerts and RDR chargebacks. Issuing refunds. Reviewing and handling potential chargebacks. Handling Billing tasks in CRM. Verifying suspicious customers. Analyzing operational efficiency and KPIs adherence. Updating relevant articles and guides in knowledgwbase.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
English B2.
Basic Fraud & Risk Management Skills - for manual operational tasks.
Payment Operations Expertise: Refunds, Alerts, Disputes.
Basic Payment Systems Knowledge.
Basic CRM & Process Management.
Ability to process large volume of tickets.
Ability to navigate in multiple systems.
