Aso Specialist - job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Market and competitor analysis. Optimization of visual and textual metadata, including localization. Implement creative app promotion strategies with a focus on performance analysis and optimization.
Develop, manage and execute strategies to grow the apps. Conversion rates improvements and funnel optimisation. Work with incentive/motivated traffic to growth positions of the apps. Develop, manage and conduct A/B tests, custom product pages and in-app events. Initiate experiments to improve the app efficiency. Research and implementation of different app promotion methods. Work with ratings and reviews to improve the apps efficiency. Research potential app directions and implement strategies to acquire organic traffic. Cooperation with product/design/development teams in order to maximize the apps efficiency. Track, analyze, and assess the effectiveness of ASO trends.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience as an ASO specialist.
English (Upper - Intermediate and higher).
Solid understanding of ASO best practices and trends.
Understanding of store algorithms, ranking factors and optimization approaches.
Experience with localization and geo-based optimization.
Proven track record of successfully growing apps with subscription-based models or in-app purchases on the App Store and Google Play.
Expertise in visual ASO and proficiency in A/B testing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
Precise understanding of ASO tools and MMP.
Experience in improving ratings and reviews on the App Store and Google Play.
Practical knowledge of running incentivized traffic as part of growth experiments.
Experience with Apple Ads would be an advantage.
