ASO Manager job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Optimizing apps in Google Play for organic traffic (ASO): analyzing keywords, ranking mechanics, and conducting A/B testing of metadata. Acquiring motivated traffic and reviews to boost app rankings (impacting TOP positions for branded queries). Monitoring and structuring processes: tracking apps (launches, bans), automation, and integration with the App team. Reporting on organic revenue (target: growth from $20k to $50k+ per month). Rapid response to new app releases (acting within an hour of launch).
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
1+ year of experience in ASO (preferably in gambling, crypto, or forex; at minimum, understanding within weeks).
Hard skills: Knowledge of Google Play mechanics, proficiency with tools (ASOdesk, AppFollow—understanding pros/cons), calculating motivation, and procuring traffic/reviews.
Soft skills: Systematic approach, speed, organization (managing app chaos), and proactivity.
English proficiency at A2-B1 level (for research and communication with vendors).
