App Product Manager job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Own the subscription funnel: pricing models, trial logic, onboarding flows, and paywall performance. Analyze and optimize in-app monetization, identifying friction points and revenue leaks. Monitor competitor strategies (features, pricing, messaging) and turn insights into experiments. Collaborate with Product Designers, UA managers, and Developers to test and launch monetization features. Work with analytics to identify trends and validate hypotheses using data. Develop and maintain clear product monetization roadmaps and business impact projections.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
2–4+ years in Product Management or Revenue/Product Monetization role (utility, wellness, or productivity apps preferred).
Deep understanding of freemium models, subscription strategies, and paywall testing.
Experience with A/B testing frameworks, tools (Firebase, Amplitude, StoreKit, etc.).
Strong analytical skills: able to interpret data, extract insights, and guide decisions.
Familiarity with App Store / Play Store monetization policies and ASO best practices.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, marketing, and engineering teams.
Prior wins in boosting LTV, reducing CAC payback, or increasing conversion.
