AI-Driven QA Specialist job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Integrating AI into QA processes. Implementing AI-powered tools to support manual testing. Using LLMs to generate test cases, checklists, and test documentation. Analyzing testing results with the help of AI. Experimenting with new AI-driven approaches and tools. As part of the QA team, you will also handle tasks assigned by the QA Tech Lead, including: Analyzing testing processes across projects. Communicating with cross-functional teams (PM, DEV, QA). Working with quality metrics. Handling operational QA tasks.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
3+ years of experience in manual testing.
Strong understanding of QA processes and the SDLC.
Experience working with test documentation.
Hands-on experience using AI/LLM solutions in QA.
Ability to clearly formulate requirements and questions.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
English proficiency at B2+ level.
Nice to have:
Experience optimizing QA processes.
Experience in a QA Lead / QA Owner role.
Basic understanding of test automation (even without hands-on coding).
