The Post
As part of the Projects & Innovation division and reporting directly to the co-CEO in charge of operations and strategy, you will spearhead the integration of artificial intelligence and automation within Skores. Your mission will be to identify, design, and deploy innovative solutions to optimize our processes, enhance our products and services, and significantly increase our productivity and impact on users. You will be a true agent of change, supporting teams in the adoption of these new technologies.
Your missions
Identify opportunities where AI and automation can add significant value at the operational level.
Design, prototype and manage the deployment of AI and automation solutions, in close collaboration with technical and business teams.
Develop and optimize automation processes to improve the efficiency of our operations.
Deploy AI agents adapted to our business use cases to automate and enrich our services.
Act as an AI referent and help teams master artificial intelligence
Maintain constant monitoring of AI
Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure the impact of deployed AI projects and suggest areas for improvement.
Your skills
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency and practical experience with automation tools and techniques (N8N, Zapier, Make, etc.) and/or experience in designing and deploying AI agents
Solid understanding of AI concepts, tools and platforms (e.g. Machine Learning, GenAI, LLM, fine-tuning)
Ability to design and optimize prompts to effectively exploit LLM models
Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
Ability to manage projects in a team or independently
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python is a plus for carrying out the most ambitious projects.
Your Profile
Graduate of an engineering, computer science, data science or applied AI school
Significant experience in technology project management, ideally applied to generative AI, LLMs or complex workflow automation.
Good command of the concepts and uses of modern AI: LLM, fine-tuning, embedding, prompt engineering.
Curious, passionate about new technologies and an educator to coach teams in the adoption of AI solutions.
Good level of English required
Strong interest in digital
Autonomous, proactive, serious, rigorous in experimentation
Independent, but enjoys working in a team
Being passionate about sports is a plus

2 days of teleworking per week
Remuneration: Salary negotiable according to profile + bonuses
