THE ROLE
 
The Affiliate Operations Manager is responsible for managing operational and financial aspects of affiliate partnerships, ensuring effective processes, accurate reporting, and seamless payment execution.
 
 
 
A taste of what you’ll do:
 
 
Coordinate and maintain affiliate partnerships regarding queries and issues concerning financial efficiency
Implement best practices for administrative, operational, and financial management
Monitor and analyse performance metrics using Excel and other data tools
Prepare and manage detailed financial data reports, including commission checks and payments
Work closely with the Head of Affiliates to process payments, ensuring timely and accurate commission distribution
Support affiliate marketing efforts through data-driven financial strategies
Ensure accuracy in financial data entry, reporting, and payment processing
Collaborate with internal finance and affiliate teams to streamline payment workflows
Evaluate and optimize workflows to improve productivity and financial accuracy
 
 
Who and what we are after?
 
 
 
Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or operational role, ideally within a finance team or banking environment
Experience in processing payments or working directly with financial transactions
Expertise in Excel for financial data analysis and reporting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in finance and administration
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with precision and accuracy
Excellent problem-solving skills focused on financial data interpretation
Effective communication skills to collaborate with finance, internal teams, and external partners
Collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude
Willing to work flexible hours as needed
