Medier is a dynamic and fast-growing company in the digital entertainment and gaming industry. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Affiliate Manager to join our team in sunny Cyprus. 🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Partner Management: Maintain and grow relationships with affiliate partners via email, calls, newsletters, and forums to maximize revenue generation.
Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and onboard new affiliates to run CPA, RS, and hybrid campaigns.
Negotiation & ROI Analysis: Negotiate deal terms and analyze campaign activity to ensure maximum ROI.
Budget Management: Oversee the affiliate budget, including commission payouts and spend tracking.
Payment & Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management.
Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, creative, and web development teams to optimize acquisition strategies.
Networking: Represent Medier at professional exhibitions, conventions, and forums to expand the partner network.
Content Creation: Develop unique content for monthly affiliate newsletters and create promotions/tournaments to engage partners.
Compliance: Stay updated on affiliate marketing best practices and relevant regulations.
🏆 What We're Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years in an Affiliate Manager role, preferably in the gambling industry.
Skills:
Effective sales and negotiation abilities
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Multitasking and deadline management in fast-paced environments
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the gaming industry and experience with Asia, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Canada, New Zealand, Slovakia, Ireland, South Africa, DACH, or Nordic markets is a plus.
Communication: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Representation Skills: Ability to confidently represent the company at events and exhibitions.
