Identify new affiliates and reactivate inactive partners;

 

Execute marketing activities to promote the affiliate program (including online/offline events);

 

Prepare promotional assets (banners, copy, screenshots);

 

Monitor competitors’ campaigns and promotions;

 

Maintain regular communication with affiliates and share product/program updates;

 

Monitor partner performance and activity (including transaction checks and fraud risks);

 

Ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines;

 

Verify accurate tracking and reporting;

Resolve operational, financial, technical, and compliance issues;

Experience you’ll need to bring:

1 year+ of experience in affiliate marketing or related role;

 

Experience in LATAM local markets and SEO;

 

Understanding of the market (betting/gambling);

 

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets;

 

Knowledge of traffic sources, payment models (CPA/Revenue Share/Hybrid) and traffic KPI analysis methods (ROI/ROMI/eCPA/ARPU);

 

Knowledge of the basics of web analytics.
