Identify and recruit new potential partners while re-engaging and reactivating inactive affiliates;
Represent the company at various online and offline affiliate marketing events to expand the partner network;
Prepare and update promotional assets for partners (banners, texts, screenshots) and keep them informed about product enhancements;
Monitor competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions to ensure the program remains competitive;
Track partner activity and performance, including transaction audits to mitigate fraud risks and unusual activities;
Ensure all affiliate activities comply with company policies and brand guidelines across all online channels;
Verify accurate tracking and resolve any financial, technical, or operational issues for partners;
Proactively initiate new campaign ideas, bonuses, and incentive structures to drive program growth;
Analyze affiliate promotional performance and collaborate with the Business Analytics department to generate detailed reports.
Experience you’ll need to bring:
1 year+ of experience in affiliate marketing or related role:
Experience in Tier1 markets:
Understanding of the market (betting/gambling):
Experience managing SEO, PPC, and other traffic sources;
Higher education in economics, finance, or a mathematical field:
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets:
Knowledge of traffic sources, payment models (CPA/Revenue Share/Hybrid) and traffic KPI analysis methods (ROI/ROMI/eCPA/ARPU);
Knowledge of the basics of web analytics.
