We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join the team with experience in our niche and a desire to develop in this direction. There is the prospect of full management within the allocated region/projects, recruitment of staff, delegation of responsibilities and entry into a leadership position.
Requirements:
- Experience with traffic, affiliate programs, direct advertisers;
- Knowledge of the types of transactions and the mechanics of their operation in affiliate marketing, the process of controlling reconciliations, players, and income;
- Understanding the principles of construction and operation of Flat/Fixed Fee models and the ability to apply them in work;
- Knowing and understanding how traffic sources work (SEO, PPC, FB, Push, Email);
Knowing and understanding the principles of integration with partner programs, and being able to perform Postback integrations on your own;
- Google docs/sheets, Notion, Trello, MS Excel skills;
- Experience with anti-detection browsers, VPN;
- Experience with popular PPs implemented on the following platforms (Income Access, Quints, NetRefer, ReferOn, Affilka, 1x, Tap, Map, Affise, Cellxpert, MyAffiliates, Scaleo, etc.);
- Ability to independently solve the assigned tasks, protect the interests of the project, quickly respond to changes, and collect the necessary information;
- Knowledge of English: A2 and above;

- Initiative and responsibility for the decisions taken;
- Emotional stability and self-control.
 
! Willingness to complete an unpaid test task if necessary!
 
It will be a plus:
- Experience with TDS: Keitaro, Ads Bridge, Prizma, Voluum, or similar;
- Experience with SEO/PPC traffic, know their specifics;
- Knowledge of functionality and basic experience with WordPress CMS.
 
Responsibilities:
- Full immersion in lead-led company projects;
- Study of the specifics of GEO, vertical, traffic, transaction support, communication with partnership program managers, creation and discussion of mutually beneficial conditions with partners;
- Study of the basic functions of the affiliate traffic acceptor product (forms, personal account, sections, application, bonus policy, etc.);
- Handling referral links, traffic, checking reconciliations and conclusions, conducting tests, and assessing performance;
- Communicate with internal team, provide information, collect data, report on request;
- Analyze traffic metrics and results in the affiliate program (conversion, profitability, players, anomaly detection);
- Conducting joint tests with partners, drawing conclusions, making decisions based on the results obtained, and then implementing these results into work;
Basic integration of controlled accounts using internal S2S/API solutions.
