Affiliate Manager / Vbet - This role plays a critical part in our marketing efforts, as a significant share of our customers comes through affiliate channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our partner network, maintaining strong relationships with key affiliates, and driving revenue growth in line with the company’s business strategy.
📌 The Scope:
This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to drive revenue growth through high-impact affiliate partnerships in international iGaming markets.
Role Focus: You will manage and expand a portfolio of affiliate partners across multiple GEOs, working with CPA, Hybrid, and RevShare models. The role combines relationship management, business development, performance analysis, and strategic growth initiatives.
Market Exposure: You will collaborate with affiliates operating in international gambling and betting markets, engaging with partners across diverse regions and traffic sources.
Business Impact: Affiliate marketing represents a significant share of our customer acquisition strategy. You will directly influence revenue growth, partner quality, and long-term strategic expansion of the VIVA Partners program.
Please note that this role involves active communication with partners across multiple time zones and participation in industry events when required (virtually or physically).
 
📌 Key Responsibilities:
The Affiliate Manager drives the full affiliate lifecycle and acts as a strategic partner for business growth:
Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners, ensuring sustainable revenue growth
Maintain accurate performance data and deep knowledge of partner activity
Evaluate CPA, Hybrid, and RevShare traffic sources prior to launch
Oversee setup, integration, and launch of new affiliate partnerships
Prepare, analyze, and present detailed performance reports
Conduct regular update calls with partners and internal stakeholders
Recruit, onboard, and retain high-quality affiliate partners
Develop and manage customized commission plans and partner structures
Generate creative ideas for offers, campaigns, and market expansion
Provide consistent partner support and maintain strong long-term relationships
Create and distribute partner communications, including monthly newsletters
Represent VIVA Partners at relevant iGaming conferences and industry events
Contribute to continuous improvement of affiliate processes and growth strategy
 
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
1+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager or Account Manager (Middle/Senior level preferred)
Strong understanding of the international gambling/betting and affiliate landscape
Experience working with affiliate platforms and tracking systems
Proven ability to negotiate, close, and grow partnership deals
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
Strong communication skills in English and Russian (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously in a fast-paced remote environment
