What You’ll Do
Manage and grow affiliate partnerships to drive traffic and conversions across multiple markets.
Build and optimize CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid campaigns.
Negotiate competitive deals and ensure strong ROI for both sides.
Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for growth.
Work closely with internal teams (design, product, BI) to support affiliate needs.
Keep an eye on competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
Actively contribute to strategy and product growth.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in affiliate management within the iGaming industry.
Proven track record of managing affiliate portfolios and hitting targets.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Deep understanding of acquisition models and traffic sources.
Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and ROI.
Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to relocate to Dubai.
