Executive Affiliate ACTIVITE’: Provide efficient and professional support to existing and potential Eurobet store and corner operators throughout Italy, as well as technical and application support; Manage requests for assistance received via messaging, email, or telephone and provide the requested support, and where necessary forward the request to the relevant department; Conduct telephone training of the gaming terminal and the products offered, and where necessary at points of sale, to merchants; Verification and retrieval of winnings in compliance with current anti-money laundering regulations; Support for senior resources in managing credit claims according to internal procedures, including conducting credit recovery calls to ensure compliance with company policies; Customer registry management; Direct management of credit requests according to internal procedures; Activation training in sales points; Publishing Publishing; Ability to perform adjustments on Employer accounts according to internal procedures; Management and processing of reporting tickets through dedicated ticketing platforms, ensuring proper handling and resolution of requests in accordance with internal procedures.

CHARACTERISTICS:
 
Graduate or high school graduate;
Previous experience in similar roles, or administrative or call center;
Excellent ability to confidentially manage and process the information you come into contact with;
Excellent interpersonal skills and “customer oriented”;
Good organizational and working skills under pressure;
Excellent familiarity with numbers;
Teamwork skills;
Excellent computer skills, Office package and Internet use;
Good knowledge of English is a non-essential preferential title;
Passion for the sports of greatest interest in Italy is a non-essential preferential title;
The position is full-time, including shifts, if Sundays and holidays are required.
