We are currently looking for an AdOps Specialist to join our growing team in Malta!
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and ensuring the flawless execution of our digital advertising campaigns. You’ll handle the technical setup, monitor performance across multiple platforms, and troubleshoot any issues to ensure campaigns deliver maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Setup & Launch – configure, launch, and track digital ad campaigns across platforms.
Ad Trafficking – manage creative assets, implement ad tags, and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
Monitoring & Optimization – track KPIs, analyze performance, and adjust targeting, budgets, or creatives for best results.
Technical Troubleshooting – resolve tracking, tagging, and ad-serving issues to maintain smooth operations.
Reporting & Analysis – produce performance reports, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
Quality Assurance – verify ad delivery accuracy, compliance, and cross-device functionality.
Collaboration – coordinate with internal teams and external partners for flawless campaign execution.
Compliance & Standards – ensure all campaigns meet platform, industry, and company guidelines.
Continuous Improvement – test, innovate, and adopt new tools to enhance campaign performance.
Requirements
Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret campaign data for optimization
Technical proficiency with campaign setup principles.
High attention to detail to ensure accurate setup, targeting, and campaign compliance
Clear communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and clients
Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve technical or performance issues
Excellent time management to handle multiple campaigns and tight deadlines
Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, formats, and trends
Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to evolving technologies and best practices
Experience in digital ad operations, programmatic advertising, or a similar role would be considered an asset
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Fluency in English – both written and spoken
