Administrative Specialist job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Coordinating the operations of Boosta’s spaces in the coworking facility: greeting guests, issuing/canceling access cards, monitoring attendance, and overseeing the condition of the premises. Managing the coworking agreement (including adjustments to space size as needed and filling out attendance metrics). Assigning payment tasks and overseeing payment processes. Organizing team lunches once a week. Ensuring the spaces are stocked with treats (candies, cookies). Supporting the issuance of equipment to employees (in collaboration with the Helpdesk Specialist). Handling the receipt and dispatch of packages. Welcoming newcomers, conducting office tours, and distributing welcome packs. Managing the inventory and audit of assets, equipment, and corporate merchandise. Independently organizing and assisting with events in Lviv in collaboration with the event team. Close cooperation with the travel manager on organizational tasks. Handling other administrative tasks as needed.
