Account Manager We are looking for an Account Manager to build and maintain strong partnerships within the affiliate marketing ecosystem. In this role, you will support existing partners, coordinate day-to-day operations, and ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners. Your contribution will help strengthen long-term partnerships and drive sustainable business growth. Remote Full-Time | Account Manager Apply job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Manage existing partners end-to-end: daily communication, retention. Keep existing partner data up to date. Set up deals (partner brief, documenting agreements: payments, attribution windows, data access, campaign setup and creation in Keitaro, postback setup: monitor execution). Notify the Business Development team about the potential to change terms within the existing partner pool. Monitor traffic quality (data from the partner's account – profitability), inform the Media Buyer about changes/deterioration. Control debts for assigned partners: collection, payment control, document management. Conduct reconciliations (ensure the same data on both our side and the partner's side). Monitor caps: track when the limit is reached, notify buyers, coordinate further actions depending on the buyer's decision. Communicate with partners regarding landing pages. Communicate with buyers regarding requests related to existing partners and offers. Support and assist the Business Development team in closing deals (preparation of statistics, information sources for negotiations). Conferences: preparation of the Business Development team, providing the necessary information and data.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Experience as an Affiliate Manager / Account Manager / Partner Manager in iGaming or affiliate marketing.
Understanding of affiliate marketing principles: payment models, attribution windows, caps.
Experience with Keitaro or similar trackers.
Understanding of traffic profitability metrics and the ability to analyze data from partner accounts.
Negotiation and partner communication skills.
Experience with document management and accounts receivable control.
Ability to work with a large amount of information and prioritize tasks.
Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets.
English — a level sufficient for communication with partners (if required).
