About the role
We're looking for an Account Manager JR to join our team and help us to collaborate with the sales team to achieve our objectives and targets.
In this role, you'll work closely with the commercial team, Ad Ops, and Brand and Sales Marketing team and contribute to achieve our goals..
You will be part of Futbol Sites, one of the brands within Better Collective's House of Brands.
What you'll do
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation and monitoring of media solutions for active accounts.
Assist in campaign monitoring and performance tracking to ensure proper execution.
Prepare and contribute to campaign reporting (mid-campaign and final reports).
Track key metrics and KPIs, providing basic performance analysis and insights under supervision.
Collect and organize campaign proof-of-performance materials
Support campaign boosting on Meta platform, following strategic guidelines from senior team members.
Assist in the coordination, production, and logistics of campaigns.
Support social media publishing and scheduling.
Assist in script writing and copy development aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
What we're looking for
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Digital Marketing, Media, Advertising Agencies, or Campaign Management.
Knowledge of Programmatic advertising and GAM.
Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager (campaign boosting experience is a plus).
Experience coordinating multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics.
Advanced English (written and spoken) to collaborate with international teams
