Lottery.com has announced the resumption of ticket sales operations to support its affiliate partners through its Texas retail network.
In 2019, the online poker affiliate Worldpokerdeals had a dream night. Back then, it won two awards at the iGB Affiliate Awards, for Best Poker Affiliate and Best Non-Spanish Speaking Affiliate. Since then, despite being shortlisted every year, another award has always proved elusive.
However, this story changed in 2025. The WPD team firmly set out to return to the top of the affiliate industry through the most effective strategy possible: ensuring the best possible service to its customers while maintaining a profitable and long-lasting relationship with its partner operators. When the list of nominees was published, it became clear that the competition would be fierce. Only the best make it to this point.
Let’s remember that poker is perhaps one of the most complex verticals in the gaming and affiliation industry. Although it represents only a small percentage of the portfolio of large operators like Entain or NSUS, the inherent skill factor drives poker players, in addition to having fun, to seek to be crowned world champions in the most important tournaments of the year.
On the evening of 3 July 2025, following another successful edition of iGB L!VE, which brought together the top exponents of the gambling industry in London, the nominees were invited to the iconic Troxy, home of the iGB Affiliate Awards for several years, to experience an unforgettable evening themed around Cool Britannia. It was a very British party.
Anton, WPD's head of sales, his team and some industry colleagues and friends, were seated at a VIP table very close to the stage when the moment of truth came: the organisation announced the Best Poker Affiliate award, stating that the competition had been high-level, but that the growth in registrations, FTD, traffic, improved conversions, dynamic website elements and diversification into different countries had tipped the scales in favour of Worldpokerdeals.
This is the result of continued efforts to maintain the company's core values: always putting the customer first, adapting to new market needs, complying with all current regulations, achieving long-term profitability and being more than a team – a family.
Clutching the award and thanking clients, partners and friends, Anton said: “This is a very important award for everyone, as our team worked very hard.”
